Ezousa Winery is a family-owned boutique winery in Kannaviou, in the Paphos district of Cyprus. Founded in 2003 by winemaker Michalis Constantinides and named after the river that shapes its valley, it makes wines from indigenous Cypriot varieties on ungrafted vines, with minimal intervention and deep respect for the land.
Here, the scroll is the storyteller. A satellite view of the valley softens into focus on the winery itself, the endemic Cyprus water frog — the emblem on every Ezousa label — appears through a spotlight, and each wine turns into view over its own name. Every animation was built to be felt rather than noticed, and the site fully respects visitors who prefer reduced motion.
Each of the eight wines has its own page, from vine and harvest to tasting notes, serving temperature and food pairing, presented as calmly as a label. A journal shares harvest notes and stories from the valley. And for guests who want to taste at the source, a bespoke booking calendar makes requesting a visit effortless, offering only the days the winery actually welcomes visitors.
There are no templates or page builders behind Ezousa: every page was hand-coded for this project. The result is light, fast and meticulously responsive, scoring 99 for desktop performance and a perfect 100 for both SEO and best practices in Google PageSpeed Insights, with virtually no layout shift as the story unfolds.
A winery you can feel before you pour the first glass.
